Founded in Afghanistan in 2008, SEO’s mission extends from post-conflict recovery to supporting communities in their journey to self-reliance. SEO specializes in humanitarian assistance, education, legal aid, workforce development, immigrant and refugee resettlement, civil society empowerment, and democracy promotion. With deep expertise in complex post-conflict environments, SEO applies knowledge-driven, impactful solutions globally, particularly in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region and Central Asia.
